Hi! I’m Liz, Philly-based Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, coffee addict and cat mom. I’m also a newlywed who is constantly trying to meal prep enough to feed my husband (still a work in progress). I love trying out new (and old) restaurants to sample the various local flavors this amazing city has to offer. I live and work in Philadelphia and am constantly on the lookout for all things nutrition, so please feel free to reach out!
I have worked in the nutrition field for the past 10 years, starting out in the Community setting working with infants, children and pregnant women. I have been lucky enough to work in the best hospital in Philadelphia for (almost) 5 years as a Clinical Dietitian, where my practice has ranged from premature infants in the Intensive Care Nursery (ICN) to oncology patients. I currently practice in the ICN and a GI clinic, where I see patients with everything from motility issues to Crohn’s disease.
I have been fortunate enough to pursue my passion through a variety of avenues, including teaching at the collegiate level. I am so excited to start this next phase of my career with my own business and I cannot wait to work with you!
In good health,
