Half the battle in figuring out your stomach woes is finding foods that won’t make your stomach “blow up”!

Most of my patients love carrots and green beans without even knowing what a #fodmap is they don’t cause their stomach any distress . Brussels sprouts on the other hand are notorious for causing tummy troubles! Not only are they a naturally gas producing veggie, but they’re also high in Fructans aka a type of carbohydrate that can ferment in your large intestine and cause all that gas  and bloating.
